Emotional Healing refers to an array of techniques that heal many degrees of emotional wounds.
Anytime we have an unresolved emotional issue, there is a potential for part of us to get stuck in that moment in time. This creates emotional triggers for our future self. From that moment forward, when we feel a similar emotion, or experience a similar situation, our emotional, and sometimes mental and/or physical body flashes back to that original trauma. When that happens we become incapable of being fully present, as some of the past is projected onto the present, amplifying emotions and skewing our present time assessment of the situation.
Emotional Healing removes these triggers at their roots (the oldest and deepest iterations of this wound.) This style of healing ranges in length and intensity. As the wounds intensify, the healing experience may as well.
At its mildest, this healing can feel light and energetic, as the emotions lift, and takes only several minutes to complete.
The next level of emotional healing can require catharsis, deeply feeling the emotion and releasing it from the body through shaking or tears, and may require intensive reparenting tools. This may take approximately 10-30 minutes to complete.
The next level of emotional healing addresses a “disassociated” self. This healing requires us to draw that part of ourselves back into our energy body, feel their emotions, and release them in the above ways.
The next level of emotional healing addresses “soul loss.” Soul Loss occurs when trauma is so intense that part of our soul leaves the physical body. (See “What is ‘Soul Loss’?”)
Either of these last two emotional healings (disassociated self and soul loss) may be accompanied by ‘soul fragmentation’. This requires us to gather up the soul fragments to be brought back and fully integrate into the client’s energy body to complete the Emotional Healing.

Soul parts leaving our energy body is a way of protecting ourselves from traumatic experiences. They can leave with entire cognitive or emotional memories, or parts of our memories. An unintended side effect of this loss is that they can contain some of our gifts, healthy authentic expressions, power, and vital life force energy.
Missing vital life force energy in the body can manifest physically as: recurrent infections, low level and chronic pain, numbness or partial numbness of the body, seizures, ticks, and even partial and full paralysis.
Mentally and emotionally, soul loss often causes: depression, anxiety, PTSD and C-PTSD. The psyche knows that it needs to go back to the original trauma to gain something lost, but that doesn’t always occur naturally, causing emotional distress. Often, the soul part needs more assistance or healing before it feels safe and is ready to return to the present.

For mild emotional healings it is uncommon for ‘integration steps’ to be needed. Although, emotional healing work can be energetically destabilizing and sometimes new energetic practices are needed to support a new energetic normal.
Likewise, integration steps may be needed for the completion of an emotional healing, or to bring back a soul part that doesn’t feel safe yet. These steps may come in the form of “stop doing” or “start doing” steps and may take a few days to a a few months.
If integration steps are needed, we will teach you what they are and support you during your integration process by checking in and answering questions if needed.

Due to suddenness, highly traumatic deaths, or high levels of unresolved trauma, some souls are incapable, or unwilling, to leave this physical plane when their physical body dies. Their emotional baggage is thus unhealed for their lineage. This can manifest in a myriad of different ways, including: familial cycles of abuse, health conditions, depression, physical injury & disease, and even addictions & mental illness.
We apply similar healing techniques for unresolved ancestors that we do for present life traumas. Once an ancestor is resolved, we help them to make their journey back to the Great Mystery. Then we bless the lineage (and all those who have been affected by this pattern), releasing them from the effects of the unresolved trauma: past, present, and future.

Compassionate Depossession is a powerful healing tool to help those suffering from illness caused by possessing spirits and the problems they create.
Contrary to popular belief, possession is seldom demonic in nature, and arises through a vast array of sick spirits or otherworldly entities. One of the most common possessions is from sick nature spirits who have been damaged by human action. Second most common are ghosts who have not successfully crossed over, and wish to continue living through their host.
These suffering beings may live off of that person's energy and influence them in a variety of ways. Infections, illness, depression, substance abuse, phobias, emotional problems, mental illness, major shifts in personality/persona, suicidal tendencies, and other issues may all be in part due to the influence or overshadowing of possessing spirits.
As opposed to an exorcism, which are often violent and traumatic for both the host and the possessing spirit, Compassionate Depossession is a humane therapy that benefits both the client and the attached suffering being.
By respecting the sovereignty of all, and supporting the thriving of all life, seen, and nonseen, Compassionate Depossession is mutually beneficial and in the highest good for all involved.
