About
Megan June (June) began her career as a theatre artist, attaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre: Acting at Fairliegh Dickinson University in 2014. At the conclusion of her schooling she started a personal practice of Yoga and Meditation, expanding quickly into teaching meditation in 2015. At this time, her holistic practices extended into essential oil blending, and she started a small essential oil blending company called Rainbow Magic Healing Arts in New Orleans, Louisiana. In 2017 she expanded her healing practice to a local form of Holistic Energy Healing, and was later certified in both Holistic Energy Healing and Teaching Holistic Energy Healing by local Dr. Jess Tregle Msc. D.
After 4 years of working as a Theatre Artist, June took a sabbatical from the stage to travel, pursue other art forms, and dive more deeply into holistic healing. Soon thereafter she suffered the rapid death and losses of her brother, life partner, & father in a 7 month span. This launched June into a personal journey of grief, inspiring her to pursue her RYT-200hr Yoga Teacher Certification with School Yoga Institute. This immersive training took place in the Sacred Valley of Peru, and emphasized Mystical Yoga (of Vedantic Tradition) and Peruvian Shamanism.
Upon returning to the States, June continued her healing journey, and expanded her practice to include Holy Fire III Reiki at a Master Level in early pandemic 2020, enabling her to teach and certify Reiki practitioners. Her studies and practice expanded to include Earth Evolution Reiki through the Minka Brooklyn School in early 2021.
Hitting the road in her RV with only her dog as a road companion, she spent time healing in nature, growing in self-sufficiency and self-sustainability practices, as well as starting a musical duo, Bourbon & Pearls, returning to her roots in performance, and growing through writing her own materials and finding her singing voice for the first time in a very long time.
Her RV journey took her to Mt.Shasta for her Saturn Return (otherwise known as her 30th birthday) where she met her partner, Lakai Hernandez. Lakai, a long awaited prayer, opened the world of shamanic healing to her further. Under his guidance, she was able to learn ancestral healing, past life healing, and emotional healing. Through receiving these healings from him, and practicing these healings on herself, she was able to unlock her psychic gifts to a greater extent, even regaining past life and ancestral gifts and wisdom long untapped and waiting to be fully re-discovered.
As an ever-expanding, ever-evolving Healing Artist her work takes many forms. She has devoted her life to healing the self as a path to healing the collective. She looks forward to working with all those who are ready to heal - heart to heart, soul to soul, being to being.
